Star Tribune reporter Sarah Lemagie and photographer Richard Sennott spent several hours with us in May. The story was published on the front page of the South Metro section on June 2, 2010. The volunteers are in the process of forming a nonprofit group called
Minnesota Youth Waters Project, and they're reaching out to local
